I'll haul myself up and out, get some kilometers under my belt and try too balance a happy attitude while running with a casual smugness when boasting about my epic running adventures around the coffee table at work.

For the period, I'll try to logg at least 25km combined between treadmill and running outdoors in the woods, mountains and streets of Levanger.

Apheon is actively supporting youth, diversity & inclusion, in particular through the organization of this Apheon Challenge which objective is to gather its internal teams, portfolio companies and other stakeholders for a fundraising and sport event for the benefit of charitable organizations across Europe.

100% of the money you give during this edition of the Apheon Challenge will be transfered to organizations working to support youth, diversity and inclusion in Europe. You will receive a tax receipt for your gift from the organization who has benefited from it. In Belgium, Luxemburg and France, this tax receipt will be issued by the King Baudouin Foundation, a Belgian public utility foundation, which is entitled to do so.
